Recommended daily dose

The recommended daily dose (1 sachet) contains:

Magnesium (as citrate, malate, bisglycinate, taurate, gluconate and succinate) 501 mg (133.6% DV)

Vitamin B6 2 mg (143% DV)

Manganese 1 mg (50% DV)

Recommended dosage

One sachet per day (1×1) with a glass of water.
