Vitamin B6 contributes, among other things, to the functioning of the nervous system, the release of energy during metabolism, the metabolism of homocysteine, plays a role in the metabolism of proteins and glycogen, contributes to normal psychological function, plays a role in the formation of red blood cells, the functioning of the immune system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and plays a role in regulating the function of hormones.

Quantity and preparation

The contents of the DREAM CACAO single-dose package are sufficient to prepare one drink, and you can prepare it about 30 minutes before bedtime with water, plant-based drink, or regular milk - according to your preference or taste.

1-2 deciliters of water or milk is enough to prepare it, but of course you can use a smaller or larger amount.

Recommended dosage

One sachet per day with a glass of water.
