At Luxbaby, we don't just look at price, but at the entire shopping experience.

We regularly monitor prices and compare them with other providers on the market. If you notice that the product is available cheaper elsewhere, please let us know. As part of our lowest price guarantee, we will check the possibility of adjusting the price.

How do I request a price adjustment?

Fill out the short form (at the bottom of the page) or contact us via email or phone and provide us with a link to the other seller's offer.

How quickly will I receive an answer?

During business hours, we aim to respond within approximately 1 hour.

What are the conditions for price adjustment?

To adjust the price, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • must be the same in brand, model, size and color (SKU+EAN code)
  • must be in stock and immediately available for purchase from another seller
  • must be sold under the same conditions (guarantee, guarantees and terms of sale)
  • must be sold directly by a dealer (company registered in Slovenia)
  • only applies to new and originally sealed products
  • does not apply to products sold through third parties

Do you adjust prices with international merchants?

No. Only prices from Slovenian retailers (company registered in Slovenia) apply.

Do you also adjust special or promotional prices?

As a rule, we take regular retail prices into account. For limited-time promotions, we decide on the possibility of price matching on an individual basis. Contact us and we will check what we can arrange.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. We cannot offer price matching for:

  • products on auction websites
  • used, refurbished or exhibition products
  • prices from wholesalers or providers accessible only to members
  • package deals or discounts when purchasing multiple products
  • discounts linked to loyalty programs or other competitive benefits, such as fast delivery, extended warranties, trade-ins, cash back, or specially negotiated prices for certain customer groups

Can I use an additional promotional code?

No. Promotional codes generally cannot be used on products with a customized price, but we will always try to offer you the best possible price.

Are there any merchants with whom we do not adjust prices?

  • merchants without a physical storefront or verifiable business history
  • when the product is sold below the purchase price, with a disproportionately low margin, or the price is clearly incorrect
  • online marketplaces or auction sites
  • sellers of used, refurbished, exhibition or sale-only products
  • wholesale prices or offers intended only for members or business customers
  • package offers, discounts when purchasing multiple products or benefits linked to loyalty programs or credit systems (e.g. money back, extended warranties, fast delivery)

Some providers offer prices that we simply cannot compete with because they do not provide the same level of service, expertise, warranties, or customer support. In such cases, we reserve the right not to offer a price adjustment.

Can we adjust the price after purchase?

The price can only be adjusted before purchase. Later adjustments are not possible.
